Lori is a member of the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists, and Psychotherapists and International Organization of Nutritional Consultants. She has a Masters of Counselling Psychology (MA), a post-graduate diploma of Clinical Behavioural Sciences (CBS) and a nutritional designation (RNCP). She has completed Touch for Health and Professional Kinesiology Practitioner levels 1-4. She provides individual, marital, group and nutritional conselling to address issues such as: depression, anxiety, anger, addictions, eating disorders, family of origin issues and nutritional concerns. She facilitates a weekly therapy group for women with eating disorders.

Lori provides counselling and psychotherapy services to both adults and children. Lori has over twenty five years of experience. Prior to private practice she worked in the child welfare system, with both young offenders and with children and families with protection issues. She has worked in-patient rehabilitation with clients with addictions and brain injuries.

Lori's approach is holistic, utilizing strategies from different disciplines based on the client's circumstances and needs. Nutritional and psychological issues can be addressed individually or jointly, depending on the issue and the individual.
