Lori Kay MA, RNCP, RP is a Registered Psychotherapist. She  holds membership with the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists, and Psychotherapists (OACPP) and the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants (IONC).  She has a Masters of Counselling Psychology (MA), a post-graduate diploma of Clinical Behavioural Sciences (CBS) and a nutritional designation (RNCP). She has completed Touch for Health (TFH) and Professional Kinesiology Practitioner (PKP) levels 1-4. She provides individual, marital, group and nutritional counselling to address issues such as: depression, anxiety, anger, addictions, eating disorders, family of origin issues and nutritional concerns. She leads creative weekly psychotherapy groups for both men, women and therapists. Lori provides innovative workshops designed release emotions to expedite personal growth. 
     Lori has been providing counselling and psychotherapy services to both adults and children for over 30 years. Prior to private practice she worked in the child welfare system, with young offenders and children /families with protection issues. She has worked in-patient rehabilitation with clients with addictions and brain injuries.
     With an approach that is insightful and holistic, Lori utilizes strategies from various disciplines based on the client's circumstances and needs. Lori provides a safe and trusting environment for her clients thus enabling people to expand their awareness and gain a stonger sense of self.

      Nutritional and psychological issues can be addressed individually or jointly, depending on the issue and the individual.
